Most Optimal Xtals For Ninja(PvE)?
I'm using Forceful, Pounding, Bitter, and Focused.
Should i replace one for carving and so which do i replace?

Choosing the last crystal depends on how satisfied you are with your crit. Sacrifice 3% crit chance for pure dmg? Up to you :^)
Another factor would be if there's a mystic in the party. In that case, pounding all the way since 320+ crit factor is easily reached with their aura.
Forceful is debatable but I never use it outside of pvp so I wouldn't know.
Optional 4th crystal:
Carving, if you lack enough crit. Ninja needs this for more crit on burning heart.
Glistening, if you have mana starvation, it serves well for classes like slayer and warrior. Ninja should not have this problem because she uses auto attack a lot not only to replenish mana also reduce the cooldown of core skills.
Pounding, if you neither lack crit nor mana
Forceful, This is always inferior to pounding in PvE. It works better in PvP.
Slaying, for skilled run and score run.
Scratching Forceful out of my list...
Thanks for the tips
