    that valkyrie is from a comic book isnt it?
    its only loosely based on the real thing, so u cant use that as source.

    as for dancing,
    its a figure of speech.
    if you are a fan of chinese martial arts you would understand there is a big part of dance and acorbatic moves in the style.
    its very rhythemic and flexible and orante.....like a dance.

    because moondancer is based on real myth ? :3

    someone already said than moondancer is not even a real word :3

    Valkyrie already has a heavy myth and lore going on.

    Why does it need to be a real word?
    as if any of the names of the CREATURES or GODS in TERA WORLD are real and exist in our world?
    its better to use moondancer because of a clean-slate and makes it more mysterious.
    it will get people interested to learn what the class is really about.

    moondancer isnt a word that is really associated with anything in the fantasy world.
    thus, moondancer is great.

    it is why i suggested only dancer at least it was more simple, moondancer is too ugly and too long name, but anyway if it is that is that, just proove we have bad taste, but at least we cant blame enmasse for a ugly name :3

    Glaiver is the only halfway decent option.

    Valkyrie to me evokes a high elf in terms of mythology. Also, they used spears, not polearms. Valkyrie is barely any better than Paragon.

    As for Moondancer, blech. They don't even dance in their attack animations compared to say Summoners.
