Ambush in v54

I've played a little bit on and off over the years without really digging into the game. So I never got around to really exploring endgame that much.

As such, I'm not entirely sure how the catch-up mechanics work. From my understanding, a weaker version of the previous tier (Guile vs. Imperator right now) that is easier to obtain is released with new tiers, and from what I read, we'll get "Omen" (T11) accompanying "Cataclysm" (T12, VM9) next patch.

What happens to Ambush in v54? Does it become easier to craft? More common recipes, crafting material reduction or easier access to them somehow?

I want to prepare for the Paragon/Lunar dancer patch, so I've pretty much saved up every thing from the mongos event, with tens of thousands of alkahests, feedstock, smart dyad niveot structures and a few +15 scrolls.

Do I have to get an ambush weapon box now before the patch hits, or can I wait around and maybe get it a little easier when v54 is released?

So many questions, not many friends yet to pester about info :P

    It usually becomes easier to craft, same amount of materials required, but more abundant in dungeons. Plus, the dungeons become easier to do as well.

    i doubt it will be easier to craft ambush since the new vm probably wont be out until may (probably)

    Since RM, LK and SS are going to go, the other dungeons will have to include the ambush stuff. Well, I mean, the hardest dungeons are going to be DFHM and that other one that's coming back (Timescape, I think? And normal mode, at that) for a while, so Ambush is going to be a lot easier to craft, I'd imagine*.

    @Spacecats so if you didn't already know but Moondancer is a character from a TV show Called "My LIttle Pony " and if i'm not mistaken they have copyright privileges and all right's reserved to that name.. so i would suggest that you change the name to something other than that or you will probably be getting a lawsuit filed against you guys for stealing their character name without any permission whatsoever.

    Are those coming with v54 or v55?

    I'd prefer if I could save the cash I've made and craft a cheap vm8 weapon for my Sorcerer and the new class, I probably won't see BiS unless the system changes.

    Well, if v54 is going to be the new class [insert name here], I imagine it'll be v55 (at least in KTERA they had a bit of time before the Lunar Dancer came out and the new gear showed up).

    Depending on the gold you have now you can already find some "cheap" Ambush stuff on the broker or in global chat, and I imagine the price will only go down with time.
