how cool would it be to add or have a housing like option to tera where you can spend all your gold into it to make it a castle worth living in.
this could be used as pvp aspects too like in strong hold attack guild housing. there are lots of mmos with housing atm and tera is falling behind in the updates other mmos are bringing.
having a bank and trader in your house would also be epic for meet ups and so on

Tera needs guild and character housing systems of course and the community has been asking for them since 2012.
Sadly, while talking about character housing the project has been abandoned ( Velika's quarters , Allemantheia's elevators , ecc...should have served that purpose ) , guild housing was implemented, altough poorly. Did you ever see those flying castles around the world ? They used to be part of a guild housing system...that still, due to the fact it was exclusive to only a few guilds , due to the fact it was hard and not really worth to maintain the castle and that the customization options were really bad....got abandoned as well...and the empty castles in the sky are the only thing left.
What Tera needs is a system similar to Final Fantasy or Black Desert guild / character houses and that still isn't going to make smaller guilds feel excluded .
Still, since it's now been 5 years from the first requests...I doubt something will happen.
The same had happened with the wardrobe feauture which has been implemented after 4-5 years by simply adding more bank tabs instead of making the system work like BnS' and with many other suggestions ; we can still hope but I wouldn't expect too much by devs.
