Im having trouble with a quest
I was recently doing a quest named memory loss where i had to talk to an npc named rimun to be teleported to the next step of the quest, i got distracted and teleported back to velika because something sold on the broker. Now that im back i talk to the same npc but there is no teleport option what can i do

Talk to Rimun, keeper of the Hall of Knowledge.
Talk to Halran in the Hall of Knowledge.
Talk to Gadin about traveling to the Echo of Castle Aranea.
Restore the Echo Arcana by entering the Echo of Castle Aranea.
Return to Halran.
