So I'm trying to transfer one of my characters but I keep getting this same error, I was wondering if anyone had the same issue or know how to fix it.

I have enough char slots, and nothing on the character is soulbound to something else.
well, jokes aside, I suggest, screenshot the inventory of that Character so people see that might help, leave the guild if you are in one, see if the Gold is not more than requirement, Check if your not maxed on target server. Give details of the character also. We can't really understand what is going on with that Error.
This is being looked into from our end, and we should hopefully have a resolution soon.

Do you have an eta? My friends were able to transfer from AV-MT but I am unable too getting the same error as OP.
Greatly appreciate that this issue is being looked into. I think someone asked this but is there an estimated time as of 3/3 of when this issue may be resolved? Just wondering so that scheduling would work out with raids and guild. Thank you very much in advance.
The overall issue is still being worked on, but I will go ahead and mention that some player's who are experiencing this issue identified that it was because the Server they planned to move their character to already had a character with the same name.
By changing the character's name to something that was available on the Server they were moving to, it did successfully allow the Server Transfer to go through.
So, if time is of the essence, that is a work-around, otherwise you can avoid renaming by waiting for the issue to be resolved on the back-end.
I will try the suggested work-around and wait if that doesn't resolve the problem then. Thank you so much for the helpful and prompt reply!
