Slayer or warrior after the patch?

Hi , i just saw that there was an update and i am planing starting a new character , which you think is better at the moment for solo pve and high dps : slayer or warrior? I heard that warrior is hard to master but im gonna learn it somehow . By the way my dps is like 200 .

i guess you intended to say your ping is 200.
Slayer is a bit more ping friendly for you. Warrior suffers more from ping tax because it involves more key inputs and no super cancel in skill queue imo.
But who knows if warrior can still do better than slayer at high ping LMAO.
  • Honestly, it's opinion. If you like to be a slippery weasel, warrior. If you want to be a mix between warrior and zerker, go slayer. I never fully leveld my slayer to cap but warrior is hella fun. I got low ping tho, so honestly, just try them out.

Warrior has a wider skill set than Slayer, I would say it's also a bit more tolerant to making your own combos instead of relying on a set rotation than slayer, but I could be wrong here.
Having more skills being beneficial or not is up to you, Warrior just had it's revamp a while ago but that's one class I've always kinda sucked so I can't tell much about it (albeit it was my 1st).

Warrior can double as a tank if you want too, even during a dungeon you can swap to tank mode to cover up for some dead/DCed tank and help saving the day.

I feel like Slayer dies easily than Warrior but I can't confirm, as I kinda suck at both classes... I'm more talking about the party's or outsider's perspective and the little I played with both, more warrior than slayer.

slayer is ez to learn, u can learn slayer combos for 30mnt or maybe less to master it
warrior is yeah is hard to learn the combos, i learn my dstance combos for 1 month 2yrs ago and now i use those pvp combos on astance in pve
try to learn how to do 5 times scyte combos when u activeted deadly gamble if u willing to make a warrior, its ez actually
i can do that on my 250ms, and never try to become a spacebar hero. also i have 9 warriors character now xD
  • Slayers are a bad class. Warrior no question.

Slayer is a "bad" class, because they are not on top of the dps, but it can change.
  • As a main slayer I can confirm pretty much everything @ElinLove said about slayer.
If you misstep your rotation you have to use a lot of fillers and things to make up for it, losing you DPS, while warrior is a little more flexible.
But if you can get your rotations down and dodge right, Slayer is more satisfying in my opinion.

    I am biased though.
