Kudos to the recent increased in interaction between community managers and players
Recently I have noticed a jump in activity of interaction between en masse staff and players. Both on the forum and in-game. I think this is worthy of a pat on the back. Some people may say "hey they are SUPPOSED to be doing that" but I think given the limited staff they have, aside from managing technical issues, they still took time to read the forums and partake in the game itself as event hosts.
Two months back then, we hardly have anyone from enmasse entertaining any forum posts but now we have @Spacecats @Noesis @CobaltDragon @Smoreceror @Denommenator answering queries fervently. That's a good sign and I hope this kinda continue. interaction is communication and communication is key to making things better.
Give them a shoutout for their effort!
