    What happened was, US was asleep. EU players had issues logging in. The login issue began around 2 - 3am (12 - 1pm CET), now after waiting for EME to begin their business hours, the login issue has been fixed and the game servers came crashing down for some reason. I know that the login and game servers aren't connected to eachother directly, but maybe they're performing emergency maintenance (I SURE HOPE SO)

    NA players are also up and it's not just EU players who are up now trying to play. If the login issues has been fixed then clearly someone is up and a forum post should be made to keep players up to date. Instead it's the usual no communication from EME which just leaves players guessing. Terrible.

    Yes I am aware that most US players are awake too. But I was talking about the time that logging in had issues. That was when US players were sleeping and so also most of EME. Now the game servers are probably just undergoing investigation or a quick maintenance.

    I don't know if you know this but some NA players are up throughout the night till morning. You're making it sound like NA players were all asleep, which is definitely not the case. When the login issues happened some NA players were still playing.

    I know, I wasn't making it sound like the entirety of US was asleep at the time the login issues began.

    Good luck after 4 years of this game these server issues should not be occurring at a weekly day to day basis. This issue happened awhile ago and they had to fix it. And yet here we are on a. Friday and the server's die randomly.

    Honestly these issues occur more and more as this game gets older someone is not doing their job or someone is being cheap and it updating any of their servers with good staff to maintain them.

    It doesn't change the fact that many east coast US players, will miss out on their dailies. Working 12-8pm today. :-(
    There should be some sort of compensation for when this happens. With alts... this adds up to a lot of missed tokens, reward points, ace dungeon points, etc..

    then find another game if you are so unhappy with this one... i been playing this game since it became f2p i know the flaws they have in this game i know the problems.... they fix it dont they? you still play dont you? so just chill and let them do there jobs right now complaining doesnt help any at all

    We can't pretend that they will fix the problem like switching the light on and off. Also we don't even know if it is just one issue. Could exist several issues that as result ended up as we already know. So, the investigation and diagnostic are process that take time. If you just want them to rush, then the service won't be good at all. Take into consideration that they need to take delicated procedures in order to find out the issue/s and then take an evaluation and discussion about how to proceed in order to fix. A quick mantenance or a simple reboot won't be good for anyone, for players and either for the company.

    So, let them work and take their time, be patient as grateful aswell and don't demand them to do it fast and either demand anything from them.

    honestly, i dont mind tomuch, at first with the error msg, i was freakn out thinkn my account had been banned lol... I'm much happier to find its a surprise maintenance and fix! so, plz take your time and get'r done right boys! :-)
