took a break for a few years from the game, but i came back just to find i have no characters?

I spent a lot of money back at the time and maxed out many characters, now when I login it says I have no characters where did all my progress go?

I just came back after leaving 2 months after release and my character was still here. Had a forced rename but everything was intact. Did you check all the servers?
