I assume, that yes you can.
Just can't use level 60 scrolls on new classes, as per usual.
I will be using BuddyUp for Valkyrie.
You get a free pet, +12 scroll, 10 friendly triple charms and 10 friendly candles!
Not worth since you will have to stop playing on that same account for 30 days (unless you're gonna take a break in the first place).
Where does it say you have to stop playing on the same account for 30 days?
http://tera.enmasse.com/game-guide/buddyup-system
It says the BuddyUp codes are good for 30 days, its EASY to get to 65 in less than a day if you grind hard enough and have an exp boost (which you get from leveling anyways with BuddyUp), and if your a bit slower, its still doable to get to 65 in less than 4 days with scattered playtime.
It's totally worth it since you get free items, free gold (from the gems you get which you sell directly to merchant), free boosts, a +12 scroll for your choice of weapon, and you get the EXP marks every 10 levels starting at level 30 I believe (which means if you get a EXP mark at level 50, you can get a free level by just using the EXP mark).
Stop spreading disinformation... it is totally worth it to use BuddyUp.
Maybe, just maybe you should read the thing before actually spreading misinformation.
"Who Is Eligible?
Mentors (players who refer friends) must be level 40 or above. Recruits must be players who have not played TERA in the past 30 days. Recruits can only apply one BuddyUp code, and it must be applied to a character level 9 or lower."
Recruits must be players who have not played TERA in the past 30 days.
Someone currently playing the game would have to take a 30 day break from the game before being eligible to apply the BuddyUp on a poledancer. This, for one, would mean missing out on 30 days of potential preparation.
Not worth it.
I do think that tanks and healers need +15 in armor to do a better job
I don't even know what he was referring to in that post anyway
All pieces are somewhat important anyway due to the extra stat line and such
Gloves and Boots only gives a little extra stats but armor chest and weapon gives you extra line and a pasive to help you a lot in game.
Well, I didn't use a BuddyUp Code for this particular account, plus who needs BuddyUp anyways when they want to get right to leveling?
Point is, many people might have not used a BuddyUp Code on their Character if they started out new and didn't know of BuddyUp... and now with new class we are able to apply BuddyUp to our Moondancer/Valkyrie.
Besides... your point is? I played in the past on another account and have been able to apply BuddyUp code once per server in the same 30-day time period, so its entirely possible to create the new class on a server and figure out exactly how to glyph and build your rotation and experiment before making the same class on your main server and rolling with it, and then you know the class rotation for max dps and the general build you need before wasting all your hard earned gold on stuff bought from broker... Technically BuddyUp is for new people anyway to give them a slight gold and exp boost to help them make it quicker to 65.
Like now, spend your gold on enchanting stuff, and then we will all need to wait a bit to see what the balance is with power/crit for this class... generally power builds rule with this class but you still need a certain amount of crit to make sure your crit percentage is high for certain skills...
Like I seen a few people saying they are getting crit innerwear... nope... get power innerwear and anything power but first we need to see a guide (probably from idioticgenius / loriri) on how much crit exactly to build upto, that we need to get high crit chance on certain skills.
Costumes:
Fiery Feathers
Rainblow Cloud
Dress Asian Box
Black-Horn Rimmed glasses
Silver Tiara
Even got +12 Masterwork lowbie gear, and the lowbie jewelry.
Still working on getting other stuff though.
There's also a +15 scroll for her Ambush weapon. :^)
But yeah, so far that's what I have prepared aside from materials for crafting the ambush weapon to enchanting mats.
