i dont know about other players but i could think of a few improvements for the tera launcher to help with players who cant afford char slots or people with just multiple accounts im sure someone else could help with ideas to heres some of mine (1.a way to sign out the account and switch accounts without having to close and reopen the launcher and game and dealing with the error that pops up 2. [patchnotes/news] a way to be able to open and read them without having to open a full browser) and there may be more any ideas people?

    Well... you sort of answered why I doubt these particular issues would be a top priority, as it's counter-intuitive for them to invest resources into improving the launcher in such a way that it makes it easier for people to not give them money. Obviously they want people to buy character slots, either directly or from someone else on the broker. I don't think it's like they purposefully made it inconvenient for that reason... but at the same time, it doesn't seem like it's really worth focusing on this as an area of improvement.

    I would like to see them improve the launcher to have better error reporting though, and improved troubleshooting tools, because I think this would reduce the amount of support cases they get, which would save them money and reduce the amount of angry forum threads we get.

    Looking at some of the references, I think the plan was to make that the "EME Launcher" at some point, but it'll probably take time/effort to get TERA moved over to it. But yeah, that would be an improvement.

    also another good thing might be ability to minimize the launcher to your task bar or close it altogether without affecting the game
