Anyone else here getting disconnected from the server? It keeps happening every 10-20 minutes of play, and there's lag spikes here and there like crazy. I tried it over at a friends house and its doing the same so its definitely not the internet connection.

    If you tried it at your friend's house, are they on the same ISP? (When you were at your friend's house, were you still using the same PC (a laptop?) or theirs?) Whereabouts in the world do you live? Is this the open world or in dungeons? Have you tried the test server to see if it's any different for you?

    A bit more detail is needed to try to diagnose the root cause, but generally most people are not having disconnections to this degree.

    My home has several TERA players, all of us experienced the following tonight. NUMEROUS times:
    Launcher aborts before login screen appears.
    Login screen does appear, but after you login everything closes itself.
    After 30-or-so frustrating minutes, one of us got into TERA, queued, after another 30ish min got into a dungeon and repeatedly froze up. On 2nd boss fight she froze for 2+ min and TERA was locked up. Had to kill it to unlock the box.

    During this time we were able to browse to anywhere, had no ISP / Internet issues with anything but TERA.

    There is a huge storm across Midwest (where we are) into the East Coast, that might be playing hob with things... but we didn't experience any problems with anything besides TERA.

    I last for about 15 minutes before I get disconnected. Then the screen freezes and I gotta pull up task manager

    Yes, the best thing would be to post your traceroute to diag.enmasse.com. Most likely the other things you access are not hosted through Savvis in Chicago, and the issue is between the two locations.

    So nothing too overly unusual from here, at the moment (and no disconnections or anything in game), but I suspect what you'd see will be quite different.
