These are the drops and yes you can be over lv and although no other loot will drop the premium item may it is RNG. I forgot to say the premium item drops from Last boss only

    It's because you can't use the cash shop on this server, and there's no other way to get these items. Also, they go right to the character, so they'll be wiped out once the server is cleaned out. So it's just a fun way for people to play around with some items on the test server.

    Yeah, someone told me about it. I saw him riding the mount when I did a run LKNM and I've asked him where he got it from. He said it was from that dungeon.

    Would be cool if we could copy a character from the other servers over to the test server. I don't feel like levelling a new character just to see it deleted later.

    There is a lv 60 scroll drop apparently
