Accepted rally bam quest and not completing when bam is defeated

Most of us know that rally bams have been really buggy since the new update, however I went through to make sure this wasn't already posted. I accepted the Kill Sabranak in Howling Glacier guild quest and upon killing the bam (I actually attended to clarify), I was unable to complete the quest. The timer is still counting and ate up one of my guild quests for the day. :angry:

    The same bug has just happened to me on MT server after killing Anansha. As you can see from the following screenshots, I fought the boss and killed it, but the quest was not completed and I had to cancel it.

    An odd thing I noticed during the fight is that attacking the boss would not put my character in combat, so basically my aggro would reset back to 0 after each attack, just like the out of combat bug in SSHM.

    Edit: no attention was given to this problem, hey @StarSprite is it possible to have it added to the known issues list?
