The Nightmare Imperator would reset even when our reaper was still alive, I have video proof of this as well. This is the first time I've encountered it and was wondering if anyone else was having this issue?

    2 options, either reaper was glitched and stayed out of combat or used shrouded escape

    Probably you died in the pizza of second boss (Dakuryon). Dunno why, but if you die in the pizza of second boss, imperator doesnt see you. The easy solution for you is relog after the second boss if you died in his pizza.

    This particular issue is also a bug/glitch which shouldn't happen at all in the first place. We do not have to logout and log back in to workaround this until it gets fixed. :|

    This was known issue and it's as old as dungeon itself, and the dungeon is getting removed with next content patch. Good luck on getting it fixed.
