Bug: Attacks won't follow my cursor anymore

So I accidentally deleted Tera earlier today, and I'm not sure if this has to do with anything but I installed in through steam this time, and for whatever reason when i aim my crosshair, my character wont turn around during the attack or skill and will keep going the opposite way. A bit annoying, and wondering if anyone has ever came across this, or have any solutions to offer to me. I'm playing on CH, and my character name is Froze, I'm a 65 slayer. I recorded a sample gif. Didn't have enough time to record skills, but you can see a glimpse of it through my basic attack.

    Do you have gamepad detection on (or whatever its called) in the options?
