I want to ask about this

As most of the people know UHFTT was introduced during the old BAM-killing event, and has been activated a few times after that, however there's a major difference between it's first appearance and the next ones, and is that it doesn't work inside dungeons

The first UHFTT worked everywhere except BGs (iirc), so it was really fun to do some dungeons with that buff and some people even got a boost from it to clear dungeons they hadn't before (ABHM in that time), unlike now that it only works in open world

Why it became like this? for me UHFTT outside dungeons is pointless, there's no fun to kill anything with the buff since everything can be easily killed already, pvp is broken with it and those BAM spam event even if they're good it becomes a lag fest and you can't really enjoy the UHFTT itself, for example the WH server has UHFTT, and since it has special drops on dungeons the IM is restricted to WH server, that being the case why not allow the buff on dungeons as well? that'd make it actually a bit more interesting, because if you want people to test something in your test server first you have to make people interested on doing it

Give us back UHFTT inside dungeons

  • I can see why they made it so it doesnt work inside dungeons, so that way people can't cheat on mechanics in newer HM's and also work towards actually feeling like they completed something instead of feeling blah because they only got (boss-kil here) during UHFTT.

    Nothing wrong with it working inside dungeons like it used to. That is the point of events, is to give players a new incentive and something different and a different way to have fun in the game. Not to take it away from us and be a fun sponge.

    UHFTT is only available in WH server to make it easier to level, it can be enabled for dungeons too but that would make it boring to have it in everything.
  • The first uhftt was active in dungeons and bg's until you died.i remember people and myself included relogging to get the buff back in cs lol.

    That suggests maybe it was just a bug in the original implementation that the buff did not reset itself when you moved into an instance as it should have, and they subsequently fixed the bug.
  • Personally I believe it should be active in dungeons on WH. It is a test server that's gonna be wiped soon. Who cares if people abuse it and farm HM dungeons without really trying. It's a TEST server.
  • The buff only lasted like 2hrs each time it was on.
    Don't see why using it in bg's and dungeons would be a bug. But wtv i don't work there

    because when people have all easy grinding they say " cuz tera is so boring, stupidi game, no fun in dungeons, deaht game, im go to play real game like BnS, BD, ... im dont return on this deth game ", but later this people are "player returning " .

    Ppl will say this anyway and for that reason i give you the +1, better to keep somethings to be able to do the normal way.
  • No one is saying on the regular servers to have this event active. ( I hope not at least. On the regular servers I would agree that it would be to damn easy). But on the temp WH server that will be wiped clean in alittle over a week(if the calendar log in bonuses on that server are any indication).

    It may be a test server, but its up to En Masse where UHFTT is applied.

    Last time it was on (ninjathon reward) it worked only in DSL, Spacecats admitted it was a bug and it was supposed to work in all dungeons (and promised some kind of compensation that we never got). Most likely they did not look into it so it's still bugged. This may be a good time to figure it out.
