    I honestly wonder if they'll ever make another MMORPG "like TERA" again. A game that features the same combat system, probably, but it seems to me like the MMORPG genre is kind of dying. There are still people entering the market, but each one is more niche than before, and requires more aggressive monetization to make up for it. But who knows -- I guess time will tell.

    Well.. as was said, holy thread necro, but the project to port TERA to mobile is a separate thing, as is the project to port TERA to consoles (recently announced).

    But yes, two of their announced projects are still on PC, though it remains to be seen if they're really the style of scope of what TERA was originally trying to be.
  • TERA 2 needs to be made on a new engine. It's time to move on from Unreal 3.

    Well, that much is clear. All their brand new projects are already on UE4.
