    My honest guess is that the rate for "grand prizes" is probably the same as it has always been, but this time they don't have the "mid-tier prizes" they've sometimes had in the past that made if feel like you had better luck. And because all the RNG is unbound, you can have cases where people are extremely unlucky. (It also doesn't help that people are not too thrilled with the prizes.)

    In the end, I'm in favor of always posting the odds for all RNG when the cash shop is involved, but I agree with you that this wouldn't be a good occasion to start that habit from a marketing point of view.
  • They could have just told us by perhaps giving a discount on keys in the cash shop? By now, I've understood that giving a discount on RNG items in the cash shop inadvertently correlates directly to the chances of winning.
  • 250 keys and got rubbish
  • This is not an event but just a divorce of players for money
