    The overall issue should now be resolved, so for any remaining one-offs, I'd still recommend making a Ticket for further Investigation.

    Alright well, launcher's up, but it's not loading :/
    Like, it won't log me in or let me press the 'play' button.
    I've restarted my computer many times, hasn't helped.

    I think in your case it's probably a more localized issue to your computer or connection. I recommend doing what was described and sending in a diagnostic report via a support ticket so they can see what's going on in your specific case.

    mine was cause by anti virus~ i just put tera-luncher.exe into my exclusion list and its working now
