    As of now, elins have exactly 5 maid outfits to chose from, 2 for other females. It's cute but unnecessary at this point. There are so many other themes they can explore but won't touch with a ten foot pole.     Unfortunately, Maids are part of the holy trinity in Japan: Maid costumes, Bloomers and Sukimizu, so it will sell regardless.

    But i agree with you that they need to explore other options. I still wait for the day we get actual Japanese Kimonos. We got Korean Hanboks, Chinese dress, only missing a Japanese Kimono (silently hopes for a male version, cause male Kimonos would actually make some sense in TERA)

    Theres also the issue i personally have with the "Steampunk" costume. Is not Steampunk, or maybe it is, but not enough Steampunk for me. I want more clockworks!

    Honestly, I think this "going back to the well" with the maid outfit will probably sell better than most of the various things they tried in 2016. Last year seemed to be about trying the most diverse range of styles they hadn't done yet, but I really don't feel it was all that successful.

    I think some of the suggestions in this thread are great, and I think are more in line with what I think would appeal to people who liked the 2013 lineup (which I personally still feel was their most successful). I would also say that, although it wasn't really for me, the recent dragon-influenced costume was a good move (appeal more to the fantasy aspect). So maybe they're turning over a new leaf in 2017 -- we'll see.

    Anything cosmetic you can buy on the cash shop is permanent.

    Temporary cosmetic items can sometimes be earned in-game or via events, etc. but they don't sell temporary cosmetics on the store.

    At least in kTERA, there was a chance to get a normal outfit, as well as a rare dyeable version of it- similar to several loot boxes in our EMP store

    While these are better than the other maid outfits (for non-elins) I wish they didn't go with the boots. I saw that they had like 4 or so small difference concepts for this maid uniform and they had the option of picking better shoes with thigh highs (similar to the Elin one); so I'm not sure why they decided on the boots.

    Jtera is have this outfits already, and they also have a video. I was right when i said there was a new servant bow emote for females other than elin, but elin gets it too

    The best ones out of all, imo, are Femani (finally she gets some love) and elin. Castanic one doesnt even look like a servant bow, more like, she trying to seduce you -_-

    Gotta agree, Femani looks like that awkward girl all nervous doing it, gives a pretty cute feel to it (unexpected as fek).
    Elins are always adorable after all, but yeah Castanics look way too bossy for a servant bow, more like "Heh you want me to bow to you?"

    Kinda offtopic but: does Castanic also have that settle emote like Elins do? I'm not that much into the playboy bunny standard sit emote
