well guys call it a day today is Sunday all the gm are home relaxing so go rip see you all tomorrow

maybe some day GM's and EME managment will realize being a game publisher isn't nine to five job. having whole team in office during working days when most people are on classes or job anyway and not having anyone (or having someone incompetent) during weekend peak hours, just shows how unprofessional they actually are.

The issue actually was actually fixed on the weekend within about an hour. Like every company with public-facing IT, you have server technicians on-call who get notified immediately when metrics suggest any key equipment is being unresponsive. The fact that a problem happened on the weekend and was corrected promptly (even though the nine-to-five office staff aren't there) suggests the on-call system is working just fine.

Speaking of professionalism, people in glass houses should not throw stones.
