How do I even reach 410 equipment level?
I have +12 Slaughter set, complete shadowgate/vain accessory set, a simple quickcarve brooch and yet my equip level is 409.
I just noticed on the boots that it doesn't get any EXP up, it won't get its max? How do i get that to max?

Weapon: Primary line: increase enraged dmg, sub lines: increase enraged dmg, dmg front behind (tank/healer: highest aggro dmg, atta speed) increase dmg (tank/healer: CDR works)
Armor: Primary: a roll for your skills, most ppl chose the increase dmg on their most valuable dps skill, for example for Archer: increase dmg for radiant Arrow. Sub lines: Frontal dmg decrease, dmg decrease, max hp ( dps usually) Tank: frontal dmg decrease, dmg decrease, highest aggro dmg decrease.
Gloves: for everyone: att speed, crit, power.
boots: Mana boost, increase ms, decrease slow usually, but it depends on you. Remember to have them in Gold.
