    I have not seen any usefulness in gold boost. I would like it to be replaced with something even tiny bit useful thing.

    There's no change. The "exclusiveness" was just that Elite had that scroll on the bar -- that's it. It was bad phrasing. It's not actually an exclusive dungeon.
