    for a full system wide crash, this seems like some RAM issue. Just a guess at this point tho.
    Run a RAM diagnostic tool to determine if you got any issues. Windows 7 had it's own RAM test built in, dunno later versions. There's of course 3rd party software for that.

    FFFF:FFFF error is pretty much the most annoying error code of all, it can be really anything unknown. From a simple DC due to connection error to... whatever you having.

    try unplugging your modem and plugging it back in. I had to do that when I got the error and it worked every time so far...knock wood.

    Never had a bsod with windows 7/10 so I never knew.

    Memory Management BSOD, do you have any plugged controller on your PC while playing Tera?
    If yes > unplug it as it caused memory leaks while you playing Tera.
    If no > Looks like you're having bad RAM, suggested to run Memtest using Windows Memory Diagnostic Tool in Safe Mode for example.
