    I like the idea that someone else said, post it in broker with an alt and log off the alt so that you wont have anyone trying to negotiate with you. ive had people try to negotiate me down like half off, and I just ignore them. I even had ^ negotiate me but at a fair price and I sold to him.

    is he really lowballing you, or just trying to avoid paying brokers fees? think about it. Besides, like someone else said - lvl 1-60 is a weekend at best. And only an hour for reapers.

    From that image in the OP, avoiding broker fees would be matching the seller's price (90k in this case).
