[TERA PC] Known issue: Little Red Tokens from the Little Red and the Wolf event have an inventory limit of 999 and if receiving a Vanguard Request reward will raise your token quantity over the limit, you will not be able to receive any of the reward items.     Tickets are hella slow nowadays. They've gotten understaffed and then new big patches hit (like ninja one), they have a ton of unread tickets yet.
    As they've said, they're prioritizing issues regarding login and payment.

    Yes, it will take long, sorry. I've also made a bug report and player report recently and I don't expect it to be answered anytime soon, let alone item restoring tickets. Sadly that's low on the priority list, and indeed, quite stupid to not be automatic conversion when you race change

    This might be the real reason behind the slow responses from support.

    There are some players that pile up a lot of useless tickets from complains in-game becuase of their own behaviour.
