is that a gunner manually using burst fire by spamming instead of hold-down?
Using a controler with gunners you don't need to do that to spam burst fire.
Sadly if you roll you will almost always end up using burst fire even if you don't press the action buttons, only moving the stick, so to avoid that your should stay still after the rolling animation ends, otherwise you will be getting back for the recoil of this auto burst fire on controlers.

You need to add there "Backhand and Heart Thrust" from Slayer.
