I started playing this year but I have leveled 15 characters to 65, so I hope to be helpful. My best time was 13 hours on a Mystic.
I tried out Valkyrie on EU and it should be quite a challenge with the buffed dungeon bosses - but we can do it together

I think the first question is WHEN we would group - if we will powerlevel with ex-Prima guardians or not (Level 30 in 40-60 min).
Since we'd need a lvl 65 to kill the mobs (I can arrange that) only 4 chars would be able to get the XP and ideally it would be a 5 player static group. So the odd man out would need to be powerleveled by someone else.
(Since its a race againt time I DO suggest powerleveling)
Second, gear has to be pre bought (and enchanted) to be ready to be equipped by our characters. Its important that most things are in the inventory, and what doesnt fit neatly stored by required level at the bank, to prevent delays and confusion.
After being powerleved from 1-28/30 its good to have level 27 gear ready in the inventory.
Don't forget buffs like Prime Batle Solutins, Bravery potions, Res scrolls (the fast ones) so we roll right away and blaze through content.
Important to note here also are the teleport scrolls to the dungeons. If we do manage to get a static group instead of using Instance Matching, that teleports directly through the dungeon, we will need those teleport scrolls to get to the dungeon entrances.
Avatar weapons I assume we will get and enchant on the road - dont forget the mats to enchant those.
EDIT: Third, I never done Kumas at all, or others BG to level up (did do FWC and SC) - is it efficient for leveling? Do we get XP even if we lose the match?

EDIT: we are considering powerleveling with Ruins Guardians and get around to level 28-30. So will skip Bastion of Lok and start with Sinestral Manor.

I think its 3 or 4 channels there? When there is a large amount of people, does an area like that automatically get extra channels or it has that limit and that's it?
Only 3, and no. You're better off not power leveling. You normally need all 3 channels for yourself in order to power level due to the slow respawn rates. With the amount of people that are gonna be there, you're gonna be getting only like 3-4 bams instead of 30.
