So did I. And probably everyone else, or most anyway.
It's certainly a first I have experienced with item codes lasting less than 24 hours.
I'm not seeing why it makes sense - we get a code every friday night pretty much, and those can be claimed for ~5 years. They're also always distributed for the twitch chat (but obviously leak from the people attending, as is only natural).
So what makes these so special that we cant even claim them for 24 hours?
It is a twitch event, mostly rewarding those participating it and it is for them, why are the goal sets are there? So it makes sense, but they were kind enough so anyone didn't participate and couldn't still get them, also you could still get them, keep it in bank and use it for alts, it is not like consumable soulbind you.
Still, this is a good PSA, as it's unusual that the items in item claim expire so quickly. (Once you claim them, they don't expire obviously.)
This was my point too if you do something in a certain way and then suddenly change the rules that's fine but give people a heads up since some might claim the codes and not log on for the weekend expecting them to be there when they get back. This well it's because of this or that so it makes sense is not an answer since that's not how they have ever operated in the past and viewers should not be expected to have some sort of ESP to be aware of a rule change.
Give you one reason? Its length, the participant goal, 4 codes, twice credit rewards. It wasn't on Saturday. You people just wanna cry for consumable? Which is dropped like candies on different events and getting it on calendar also frequently. Are you for real crying over the consumable? About scales, that few won't make a change, you can have it on an older character which maybe had a stack before, still doesn't see much reason for this.
Can't take this forums, it is getting harder each day with pointless crying threads which gets no where.
Just get it on your main and move it to your dancer
No one is crying they are asking for clarification of a situation that has occurred in the past and asking why now it was changed without some sort of heads up. It's a simple thing I am not sure why you feel the need to be an apologist for a company that will probably come out and say yes we should have said something or no that was a mistake and fix it for todays stream. You just speculate then rationalize everything with no actual clue if you are right or wrong then complain when people don't agree.
You srsly can't understand this? is it so hard to understand that it was a Valkyrie event and not the weekly twitch event? Any twitch event was announced on news page? All those goals and stuff that was said. I mean, srsly.
Don't bother bro, logic doesn't apply to that person :pleased:
Sounds like "I feel like the rug was pulled out from under us, since the community usually doesn't have to claim items immediately." reads as "I WANT MY FREE ITEMS, GIMME" to him or her.
