    yes they are getting buffed, thank god. people will finally (hope so) learn how to play their role, facetanking dps will be punished now on lower levels. imo, it's a great change, leveling was way to easy and people got completely wrong image about game.

    Buffed dungeons will have 10x Neophyte Resuscitation, Tera EU has 99x during event... I wonder how worse facetanking will get!

    Face tanking isn't changing, just the length of the fight is.

    The dungeon buff consist in a x16263815183 boss HP buff and immunity to CCs, KDs and staggers (even tho rarely they can get kded and staggered, like was happening to valona during tshm patch, it can happen even to vergos on HH). The dmg they do is still the same so facetanking is still a thing. The fights will just take way longer and if you dont have a tank will be cancer due aggroswitch without way to stun. I lvled with some friends the patch day in EU (4 valkyries party) and the fights were taking ages without the higher lvl avatar weapon (our first golden labirynth for example we were having 6 minutes boss fights but once got better avatar weapons the fights were taking like 2 minutes or even less)

    Yep the dungeons get buffed such that even normal monster "bosses" cannot be CCed, so they can spam auto attacks and kill you very quickly if you're running without a tank. This is made even more annoying when fighting some of the bosses which do not show aggro circles on highest aggro player.

    Agree 100% lol, though sometimes due to the stupid boss animation canceling even experienced players are forced to facetank since they run out of iframes and get knocked down =.= (I'm looking at you especially, iron giant variants)

    It did happen even on these ultra-easy dungeons. Seen way too much face tankers and red floor marking lovers soloing stuff while the rest of the group is doing something else, undergeared for that matter, blaming heals when they die 50m away from the pack.

    I can already imagine the new players complaining that the game is too hard... People already complain, imagine buffed.


    I can only see this as an advantage honestly, maybe for once will people learn in practice during leveling, like the old days.

    you will see the point when you start to die a lot trust me they hit harder you guys better use ccb a lot of crystals will get broken with 5 valks in a party its hard to see what you are doing so iframing is kind of off timing but some pro may disagree. it's longer also and if you have a healer you will die a lot or get pots.

    cc doesn't work on them apparently, but what about knockdowns? i'm pretty sure there are achievements for kding some of them.

    I remember reading an article about that, but I don't have the source (Sorry. I think it was a translated patch note that I read though). Apparently, as far as I know, the ones that have achievements associated with knock downs will still be able to be knocked down. But probably not the rest of them.
    Take that with a grain of salt since I can't seem to refind the source.

    They can be knockdown, just not as often as far as I know and when I played on EU I did knock down some.
