i HAD +15 ambush slayer sword on broker to sell it, and just disapear?
if someone buyed i had no gold from it, that sword just dissapear on the air?

    It didn't sell -> was sent to your mail box -> mail expired and went poof.

    Tough luck broski.

    It's worked like that in almost every MMO I've played that had an auction house / trade broker system.

    Doubt they will or maybe even can help (noone to blame but yourself). Also, trying to summon the community manager for what is clearly a general support staff issue? Pls.

    Brace yourself for the 2-week ticket response time as well.

    spacecats is just a community manager, his job isn't to deal with support tickets
  • Yeah, it is true that you can't use the forum to jump in line, or else everyone would just spam all their tickets on the forum to get preferential treatment. In any case, I hope that the issue can be resolved for you. This is the game "working as intended", but it's an unfortunate system. The word to the wise is that if you're going to take a break, be sure to remove absolutely everything from the broker first.
