Leveling Event Bugs

Couldn't find anyone else reporting this, but twice now I've not gotten the mail items for hitting the leveling points. On one character I didn't receive anything upon hitting 30, and just now I didn't receive anything upon hitting 40.

Is anyone else having this problem?

    So I figured this out the other day. You can only level one character per class per server in order to receive the rewards. So, for example, if you already leveled a ninja last week, any other ninjas you create on the same server won't get rewards. But you can create the same class on a different server, and that will work.

    And, yeah, support has been investigating it since the start of the event but, so far, they got nothing.

    Yes, I tested multiple classes on the same server and that works fine. Imagine that each server has a checklist for each reward for each class -- as you tick each reward, you can't get it again. (I'm guessing this was put in place to combat people "farming" the rewards.)
