I actually just found that about 5 minutes ago. Thank you for posting the link, though. I'll be sure to use one of the TR codes you posted.
Those are lvl 65 characters on a server generating a buddy code for new players. Both party gets free items and you gain a friend on your friendlist who you can ask questions from, but I suggest you join a guild for your timezone/matching playtime etc. too.

You can use it in a new account or an account you havent logged in for 1 month.
You have to use it on a character thats below lvl 9. Only 1 character on the server.

Select one from the thread the latest posts since 4-5 days ago still has unused codes that are still usable. And type it in, enjoy the rewards.
If you are like me you make a character first that you like (face, skin color, etc.) then use a buddy up code.
