Question: Does reserve name event keeps your name safe during character creation? (Solved)

In these cases, when you are creating your character and if takes long you are gonna lose the name sometimes. So we don't need to create the character asap and our name is safe till we create it? I lost the name Nemesis on gunner patch while was creating my char and making her pretty :bawling: lol

    You have until I think May 23 or so to actually create the character. Upon creation, the name is assigned automatically.

    However, if you delete the character after making her, then the name is lost to oblivion and ripe for picking. So keep that in mind.

    Dunno if you checked the topic on the valk. faces, but my tip stands for it: Make it as cute as you want, WRITE ALL SLIDERS AND SETTINGS DOWN, and then you can ignore the automatic server kick that happens when you keep too long on char creation screen or selection.
    Go back, continue (or conclude) by just copying back all the slider positions and you're set.

    i always thought that typing the name in the box reserves it while you make the character anyway

    Well, when Gunner was released I thought the same thing and got rekt after I made my char lol :cry: I cri every time I remember lol

    Thanks, it is as you said, so ppl can safely create their chars.
