Leveling Event Titles

do you get ALL the leveling titles if you get to 65? I am not big on the 65 one, but I like some of the other ones.

says this:
Battle Maiden (level 30)
Grim Amazon (level 58)
Dark Raven (level 60)
Fate Weaver (level 65)

does this mean you get them all or just the highest one?
