How to get t9 MES?

Where do they drop? Is there any way to get them outside dungeons except for weekly VG reward?

    What??? Not even in dungeons? I'm forced to farm BG to upgrade mid gear? This must be a mistake... I can understand VM7, it's not for everyone, but forcing all players to do PvP? We can choose between pvp/pve for everything else but not MES? It used to drop from bosses and IoD dailies, even now we can get t8 MES with IoD tokens, so why not t9?

    Well, enjoy your hate with all these players who doesn't have any idea about PvP (and are not interested in it) but are forced to queue again and again.

    MES is pretty cheap still. It's like 20G per MES a few days back in HW server. Just use MES lol

    Now it's 50g per MES on HW. Still not a fortune, but 2.5 times increase in a few days may mean it will get worse.

    So you can pile t8 MES in you bank and trow over 900 of them next patch. Good old custom on NA Tera
