This was a great option to have especially now we got the difficulty back in the dungeons!

Or at least some way to level synch to party with lower leveled groups

or scale bosses HP depending on how many are in the party

    I don't think they've said for sure that they will bring it back, but it's something that a lot of people in NA, at least, liked in concept (even if the implementation was buggy).

    Doubtful that it'll come back for a few reasons. One, it's at the mercy of BHS. Two, while it was a novel idea, it was seldom used for its true intentions, which was for game vets to show new players the ropes. 3 guesses as to how that usually went...
