Did they ever fix the pc slowdown for this game?

I play a bunch of other games, but none of them makes my pc slow down to a crawl after exiting it like Tera does. Not really a crawl, but it's a noticeable difference between smooth and longer loading times for individual items.

And no, I don't have a crappy pc. i5 3470 at 4ghz, 16gb ram, r9 390, win10 pro. I quit because of this, and was wondering if this was ever addressed or if there's no point in playing for this new class.

    I know of issues with slowdown while in the game, and some ways to potentially solve that. However, I actually don't know about slowdowns that happen on your computer after you exit the game. I can't say that I've ever run into that one on my machines, personally, and I leave my computer on all the time and start TERA at least once/day or more. So that one is a bit weird to me.
