Game Crashes To Desktop

I don't know if this is a bug but every time I click on the Valkyrie to go into game, it goes to the loading screen but then it crashes after getting to 98%. It doesn't happen when I get into game with other characters, it's just the Valkyrie I am having trouble with playing. I am playing her on the Ascension Valley server and I don't know if any else is having this problem since I haven't seen any posts about it.

Is there any way to fix this?

    I would first try completely restarting the computer (just to be 100% safe), restarting the launcher, and then going into the Tools section (of the launcher) and running a Repair. Hopefully it will check your files and try fix anything that's messed up.

    Otherwise, just to be sure, I would make sure you haven't made any changes to any files or settings at any point in the past, and if you have, I would remove those changes for now. It's probably not this, but figured I'd mention it just in case...

    If nothing else works, be sure to send in a ticket and send your diagnostic file (which you can also get from the Tools section of the launcher). They tend to prioritize issues like this, but right now they're surely swamped.

    I've restarted my computer, ran the the Repair and all that. The issue still stands. I haven't made any changes to any files but I did send a ticket earlier so hopefully they get to it! I feel like I'm missing out. :anguished:

    Thanks for attempting to help though, it is very appreciated! Now I just have to wait for them to respond to my ticket! :+1:

    Update on this, I tried making another Valkyrie and the same thing happened, it crashed to desktop but only after I had gotten to level 16 and was doing that escort quest. So maybe that had something to do with my game constantly crashing and saying that a file was corrupted?

    no clue, i had to completely reformat my laptop to fix the issue
