Brawler setup for IOD bam

edited April 2017 in PvE Discussion
Hello guys,i would like to know if i can get some helpe here :D . ..as a "solo" player 90% of my tera playtime is just for iod bams and solo stuff,i searched every internet corner about it but i couldn't find ,my question is what is the best weapons rolls, glyphs for Alt brawlers to do Bams only ? and also brawler alt with 200 crit factor (whithout GF) its fine or should i go for double crit setup?

PS : By alts i mean mid gear (guile) without etching,tier 1 inner,super brooch . .

Your alts are like my main brawler lmao. Mine is in full guile (no etching), green innerwear, and superior cleansing brooch (so no extra dmg from activation), and he can do mid tier dungeons fine (aka everything except rmhm/hh).

Reason why there's no guide out there for farming bams is probably cuz it's quite common sense imo. If you understand basic brawler glyphing, you just have to remove points from gf and put them into rampage, since you wont be maintaining gf for long anyway. It takes me ~30s to kill 1 iron giant if you wanna know.

Top enraged - Bottom enraged, agroo, cdr>flat damage.
Try to get at least 250+ critical factor base, iod bams have high crit resist.
Cristals slaying - wrathful - focused - Furious, so try to be under 50% hp all the time.
  • Thanks for your answers guys,i using now double enraged - agroo and cdr on weapon and full crit estup instead a mix one . .way better.
  • What does 'agroo' mean for the weapon stat? :S

Not sure if trolling but there's a weapon line that lets you deal increased dmg against monsters who you have highest aggro against.

Not trolling mate! Just a genuine question from a new player - some abbreviations still confuse me. So its the %damage to monster with most aggro againt you, gotcha. Thanks :)

EDIT: so CDR for Brawler is better than the flat damage roll? Should I get etchings with CDR too?

CDR helps you keep skill uptime during Growing Fury, since you'll be spamming them to get frontal block effects up 100% of the time. If you can keep Growing Fury uptime close to 100%, then CDR is the way to go, else go for dmg rolls imo.
  • I can keep GF against a single BAM on IoD no problem, but its really hard to mount fly/Bull Rush to other BAM unless its right near.

So I guess it would be better to focus on rampage as you wrote above, and damage rolls?

Yea that's better if you're using your brawler just for farming BAMs.
