    It's not possible to do this anymore because the game now forbids all open-world PvP for characters under level 65 (except duels). So there won't be any more newbie PK in this game anymore, except potentially at level 65 (but people rarely leave safe zones at level 65).

    And in regards to killing noobs nah, just like fighting with people my level doing the quests im doing. Is that so bad? dont like it go on a pve, why take it away from people that do?

    Well, from their point of view, you can still duel (by mutual agreement) or do battlegrounds, or wait until you're level 65. What they've removed is basically the possibility for ganking a low-level player. They did this as part of efforts to consolidate all the builds worldwide (since this is the system they always had in K-TERA).

    You can still duel and I agree that pvp against a player with the same lvl would be fine, but until they make something about it go make a conflate and fight some lvl 65 players. :3

    Basically all are PVE servers right now, until 65.
    U cant do corsair anymore before 65. No pvp at all. Just duels, who usually are denied

    You are a joke. Let me ask you this: You say fighting people on your own level, but the guy you speak of, went ahead on a rampage against people WHO CANNOT FIGHT BACK. Did you ever saw him fighting against people of his own level and equal gear? No, all he did was go one shot everyone who was clearly trying to level up, multiple times, over and over. That is not what you call fair PvP, that is simply grief and abuse. So i cannot take anyone that say "i wanna fight people of my own level while leveling" seriously anymore.

    You want fair PvP? go level up, gear up and start declaring duels or going outlaw on people once you hit lvl 65. MT players raged for a full 2 days until they ot over it. I recommend you to do the same.
