Expected ETA for Titles?

I understand that EmE are working to distribute title to those who achieved level 65 within 24 or so hours, but what is the expected ETA? 1 day? 2days? 1week?
I am just curious since this is the very first time I have played a class upon new release, and am very vague on the title rewarding system.
