My passive skills are not working.

Hello! I have an Archer at level 65, and today I was doing dungeons with my guild on the server Fey Forest. However, I noticed quickly that the passive skill "Draconis Rex" was not proccing. I just assumed it was bad rng and went on. I am now 3 runs of Lillith's Keep and 2 Broken Prison runs later and still. It has not kicked in. On top of this, I am also seeming to hit a LOT less crits than I normally due, making it almost seem like my passive skills themself are... just not working. Crackeye and Draconis rex, in particular I am almost 100% sure are not working. I know that other people seem to not be having this problem, as I told guild members about it and they said that it was working fine for them.
Some extra information:
Draconis Rex WAS working earlier today on Island of Dawn.
I have the Royal Crimson Dragon mount.
Character name is: Jolteons
I recently equipped Ambush gloves, in pair with the bow.
I can't think of any other information to give on the topic, but is is really annoying. It almost seems to cut my damage in half, if not more. Since the missing crits here are really important in my damage. I also did check my glyhps/Crystals(About 100 times) and they are just as they should be, what they normally are.


EDIT: I have tried relogging, and even restarting the Launcher. Still nothing.

    So it's not only myself. It's really annoying. It makes it so my Archer is almost unplayable, well, annoying to play at least. I can feel how bad my damage is compared to normal, especially with the loss of the crits I am getting, Hopefully someone has an easy answer to this... Mystic is just fine, but not archer.

    Also, it seems to be working in Ghilleglade as well as open world (IOD BAMs), but not in 5-man dungeons.

    After digging around in the forums, it appears this bug has occurred before as recorded here: https://forums.enmasse.com/tera/discussion/7419/dragons-not-procing

    It's also listed under Guilded Age in the "Known Issues" sticky, showing it as having been previously fixed.

    Hmmm... That is odd. Thanks for the info! I know I was incredibly confused when it hapenned to me. Hopefully this can be fixed relatively soon.

    So, today when I logged on everything was back to normal. No oddities. Nothing. Just fine. Weird.

    The same thing happens to me, this happened to me after I teamed the second dragon in my lancer.

    So, it was working until I did Lillith's Keep normal mode. Then archer was suddenly bugged out again. No idea what is causing this, but almost seems like the bug is happening to me inside of LKNM.

    Reviving this thread.

    I have an archer on Celestial Hills that has a Royal Crimson Dragon and thus the Draconis Rex passive skill. Ever since I acquired it, I noticed the procs have been very wonky. I've mainly been on IoD, BAM hunting. The biggest glitch I always experience is whenever Thunderbolt "procs", there is never an increase in crit damage. If anything, it actually drops below my normal crit damage. O_o

    The lower damage skills don't seem to have this problem. I wonder if this was their attempt to cap your damage output with the most powerful skills, without disclosing it to the community. Has anyone else noticed something similar, with this class or any other?
