Dragons are not working!!!

Hi, i did rmnmx2, lknm and rmhm today with 0 dragons criticals proc.
What happend?! Bug?

I have Crimson Dragon and Royal Iron Dragon.
Server: Celestial Hills

Enmasse pls fix this Q_Q

    Only in Dungeons!

    In Ghilliaglade and Open World no problem (I tested)

    i was having this issue yesterday. no dragon procs in lknm, ssnm, cw, rmnm. but today i did lknm and sshm and they proc'd normally.

    Yeah, I'm having it too. I'm on TR. Open world works fine, but in dungeons it never procs.

    Ascension Valley here, and I just got my 2nd dragon from opening the Mysterious Egg after the changes (already had a Royal one). In an RMHM, with both dragons, I didn't get one dragon proc through the whole dungeon. I even restarted my client on the 2nd boss. Right after the instance, the dragon procced on a random mob on the first hit. (It also procced prior to the dungeon when I was doing the daily credit dungeon).

    No procs on lancer so far with double dragon, inside dungeons only, open world is fine for me. Some people are having no problems with it somehow.
    Reaper double drag worked just fine, not sure if valk has any dragon, and i got double as well, never proc'd, same thing on all 3 bosses, tried relogging/restarting/different dungeon etc
    The 1.5 dragon was from a mysterious egg after patch btw.

    For anyone with this problem, do you notice anyone else in the instances you're in that have dragon procs, and it's just yours personally that don't work? Or is it everyone in the instance for whom it doesn't work? I realize that may not be the easiest thing to reproduce, but it may help explain it.

    In the same instance I was in, I believe the tank had a dragon that wasn't having issues, and the other dps (a gunner like myself) said that nothing was wrong with their dragon proccing. So all same server, same instance, even the same class, but their dragon was working normally while mine was seemingly disabled. For everyone else, did you acquire a x1.5 crit dragon from a mysterious dragon egg after the changes as well? I feel like that has something to do with it.

    Soooo.... basically we've concluded that, randomly, some people from random servers have broken procs in dungeons, even if other people in the same dungeon (from the same or different servers) are working just fine.

    That's just lovely...
