    I just ran p4 and my dragon didn't even proc once. It also happen in rmhm.
    I have the 1.5 manual on me that I haven't use I'm not even sure to even use it.

    Just wait for maintenance, this issue has been occurring multiple times and it always resolved it.

    I had same problem when dragons came out.

    I also have this problem if it helps find out the cause I got my dragon from the in game method (the iron 1.5crit dragon). First day it worked fine (Tuesday maintenance day) up until around Thursday or Friday this week, now inside dungeons it doesn't proc at all

    i also jsut tested this on my warrior, no dragon procs in any dungeons, and in open world ir basically procs off cd, and i mean not a single proc in the space of a few days.
