    If only. West coast here and I've basically given up playing until this is resolved. Can't stay on more than 20 minutes at a time before I get really bad lag that makes none of my text messages or attack inputs go through. Then I crash back to the desktop.

    Also if it matters, when this first happened a few days ago I was unable to access EME's webpage or forums for about 15 minutes after the crash. I couldn't even reopen the launcher because their site just wouldn't load for me and many others who'd experienced the crash.

    Sure is happening in EU as well, I have easily left my character on even up to 3 days straight. Yet lately there are moments where I crash multiple times within as short timespan as 15 minutes, be the game in the background or while playing, in dungeon or while sitting in town.

    This was the same for me, the crashes have been happening a lot less recently, but sometimes if someone else is about to crash I simply freeze for a bit (characters stop responding). It was only a few times, but am crashing much less than before.

    It seems to happen periodically. I can play for the whole day without crashing and then all of a sudden I'll crash and keep crashing when I relogged. For me it stops after 3-4 times, but this is pretty annoying.

    Hello, for me it doesn't crash, but after 1-2 mins of gameplay the return to characters message pops up, i tried the repair tool from the game client, it didn;t fix it.

    Has anyone tried using a VPN to see if it corrects the issue?

    I am crashing, myself. Comcast, in California. I was going to set up a VPN last night, to test, but wife aggro.

    We saw a lot of disconnects yesterday between 4p and 6pm, then again at 9pm, and then again this morning at 9am. Is this along the time frame you all are experiencing it? Or more frequently than this?

    And when this happens, you're able to log back into TERA immediately again?

    Can confirm for the 4pm timeslot at least. When it happened yesterday, I was able to relog immediately. When it happened two days ago, I had to wait about 20 minutes before I could access the launcher and the website again.

    Mine was between 4-6PM yesterday, but that's all I've been able to play.

    But yes, I could immediately log back in when it happened.

    "then again at 9pm" If you are referring to 9pm pst, I definitely crashed at this moment and was able to log directly back in.

    Are you all running any other games or apps that require a constant internet connection at the same time? Most apps don't and can handle an intermittent outage, but usually games do not.

    Besides Skype and Discord, I was not running anything else.

    If it helps, neither of those programs crashed when Tera did. Messages were being received and were sent just fine. Even opened my web browser after the fact, to see if my internet had just died or something, but I was able to load up websites just fine.
