"Practice" queue

I'm so tired of waiting in the instance matching queues forever. I get it that you don't want items to flood the market. People aren't willing to queue because they only get like 2 chances and want to make sure players in the group are skilled. I suggest implementing a "practice" queue for dungeons in the instance matching system --- has no drops, and dying has no penalty, and has NO DAILY CAP so the queue times aren't insane. This way players can get "skilled" and learn the dungeon mechanics without pissing everyone off. Please do something, the queues are getting outrageous. I mean they were bad before, but now it's like basically pointless to even queue.

  • Seriously tho, it's a good f'ing idea.
  • What we need actually is a training dummy. A proper one.
The problem with 'training' with IoD bams, is that only way to see the proper results is by finishing the fight. Even then, the bam is not going to sit quietly on it's fat bum for u to back crit, front crit, or do your proper rotations. Testing crystals setup, gotta kill the bam or run away to disengage. Testing glyph setup, same thing. Either way it consumes considerable time just testing. Can't change setup while in combat mode. And that bam will chase u around.

Most mmos out there usually have a training dummy either at capital cities or endgame area. Like in BnS or Wildstar.

Zerker and reaper actually got training dummies for them to test out their skills. But it's more dummy than training.

Agreed. Another note: when I get kicked as the 3rd valk in the party after waiting a half hour, it makes me re-evaluate whether or not it's worth my time to keep playing TERA. It's a really [filtered] experience and a waste of my time.
