Reroling Accesories vs Awakening Enchant

Seriously, after using more than 900 ses on only one ring and can't even get the +4 power +4 crit rolls, reading the awakening enchantment failures from ppl makes me laught on this matter.

Never happened to me before but by now I have used almost 2k ses on 4 pieces of accesories and can't have the perfect rolls on the 4th.

Why does the RGN for a small bost on stats are so demoralizing?

Yes! It is a QQ thread!

I am trying to not trow my PC out of the window.

It makes me laugh how people always QQ about the RNG on forum when they should already know about RNG. It's Random
It's just like other MMOs. TERA RNG is still a lot easier than a lot of other MMOs RNG.

I will try to make it in a way that can be better to debate.

Actually we have the awakening enchantment that is RGN but when you successfully enchant to the next lvl you get better stats for your gear, this can cost you several dozens or hundreds of thousands of golds, however you will get a better stat sooner or later.

With the jewellery we will have to use a ses to change the rerollable stats but the combinations are hundreds and you can repeat the same roll in the next reroll. Looking at this thing, you need diferent rolls on each class to get the optimal stats for doing more damage, tanking or healing.

There is not universal perfect rolls on this matter so the system makes uncertain how much you need to get what you want.

The diference between enchanting and rerolling is that with enchanting you don't know the chances so you get the feelling that everytime you fail the next time you will get the next lvl, however on jewellery you can get your chance to get the rolls you need and that is less than 1% each time you use a ses.

I think that is more demoralizing then the awakening enchantment current system.

    Anyone can give your thoughts?

when im try to reoll and im see have bad luck im drooped, you dont need "Perfect rolls", they are a cap,

example, if you want 4/4, but you obtain cirtfactor 4/2 powa is fine , 2 powa is better instead heart atacksu for spen 3 k ses and obtain crit resist + healing stat 240 on dps classs huehuehu

Yes, I agree that re-rolling accessories stats can be more unforgiving than the awakening enchantment.

Yeah, I came across several times with 4/2 power or crit rolls but you know how greed is one the the worst defect on humans.

Adding to the discussion I have to point that you have several ways to get mats for gear enchanment however for ses your best bet is the bonanza boxes. If we think a little it's impresive how the cheapest item on your gear (jewellery) can cost you more to get the best stats than VM gear.

I always read about fs shortage on the forums but never heard about ses shortage, I think that I am the only unlucky one in this matter xD.

honestly adding healing skills on accessories was a huge mistake, old healer's accessories were better solution. or at least remove weakest stat (1 crit, 1 power, etc), there will be way less combinations. i'm not greedy and don't need 4 crit, 4 power on every ring, but when you spend 200+ ses on one ring to get decent rolls, it hurts. when i say decent i mean at least 2 crit, 2 power for dps.

Removing the lower stats and some rolls never used would be helpful, or some sort of spellbind for accessories at least. Until then the only solution is just having a massive supply for SeS, putting them on a hotkey and spamming them.

Truth be told, I never spend more than 20 ses on any jewellery.

For 3+2 crit, at low tier I grind the heck out of CW to open like 100-200 boxes. It is way cheaper and saves you time.
For high tier necklace I just farm vok
High tier signet and casacdes I used to farm in high tier, now that I have no time I reverted to using dungeon credits to get them. I would also use the ring and earring variation if they are perfect because they just give more stats lol.
Only problem arises if you want to resize, but that is the price if you really want to minmax.

Resizing doesn't change the rolls on the jewellery, though.
  • I believe they should add a way to use spellbinds on accessories. It would help the economy of the game as well.
  • i usually try for 2:4 rolls, if it doesnt get to 4:4 in a limited amount of rolls i just take a dublicate ring to try for 4:4 and keep the 2:4 one untouched

in ktera they have a spensives ses ( because is no like tera na, no bonanzas box, no droops, etc )

and they farm jewelries, here in na ses are cheap vs Ktera , im dont notice if resizes kits are avlable for new jewels ( lakan )
  • I try to use 25-50 at a time. If I don't get perfect rolls I relog and try again or switch to an alt and try again later.
Not saying this works but I've gotten enough sets on perfect rolls that I just can't justify 100 or crazy numbers like 500 semis in one sitting.
